Adding a frame varies in cost depending on size and is available for canvas portraits only. These bespoke,handmade frames, are crafted with quality and care.

Consultation & Ordering process
Once price and delivery are agreed, a payment link will be shared. All payments are made through PayPal. Then I can get started on your portrait.
I will send you updates so you can see your portrait come to life. But this will vary.
For hand-painted portraits, I can share initial sketch for your approval before painting begins, then later to confirm colours and background. Then a final photo before sending to ensure you are happy.
For pencil, charcoal, digital portraits you'll receive approval just before finalising - so you can confirm or make any small changes or edits, and then one final photo before sending, to ensure you are happy.
Additional revisions or edits may incur a small fee depending on the work involved.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free for UK mainland customers. Delivery fees will apply for international customers.
Acrylic paintings will take 30 days and pencil, charcoal and digital will take 10 days.
Each piece is made to order and personalised. Returns and cancellation cannot be accepted once work on the artwork has started. However if you have any concerns, please reach out - I am always happy to discuss solutions.
These pieces are bespoke and through my consultation and correspondence you'll see your art work being created avoiding any surprises on delivery.
Shipping & Damage Policy
Each portrait is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during delivery, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it.
Email photos of the damage and the packaging to neet@neetspetportraits.com.
I'll work with you to arrange either a replacement piece or repair, depending on the situation.
Please note that original hand-painted pieces are one of a kind, so exact replacements may vary slightly.
